Production Time

Each ARVADA piece is individually made in our workshop in Belgium. Most collection rings are made to order, with an estimated production time of up to 2 weeks before shipping.

Ready to Ship

Selected ring sizes may already be available and do not require additional production time.

If your chosen size is explicitly marked as Ready to Ship in the product images, your order will normally be shipped within 1–2 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer tracked UPS shipping within Belgium and to the Netherlands.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

• Belgium and Netherlands: 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are calculated separately from production times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Available shipping destinations and final shipping charges will be confirmed at checkout.

Returns

You can return a standard ARVADA collection piece within 30 days of receiving your order, including made-to-order rings in our standard collection sizes.

To request a return, please contact us at info@arvadajwlr.com within this period. You then have another 14 days to send your jewellery back.

Please package your jewellery securely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds include the item's price and the original standard delivery costs, where applicable, and are issued to the original payment method.

You may carefully try on your jewellery to check its fit. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the piece may result in a reduction of the refund.

Exchanges & Resizing

Need a different ring size? Please contact us to discuss the available exchange options.

We may also be able to resize your ARVADA jewellery, including custom-made pieces, depending on the design and technical feasibility.

Resizing may involve an additional fee. We will confirm the cost and estimated timeline before any work begins.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom-designed and engraved jewellery is generally excluded from the 30-day right of withdrawal.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered.

2-Year Legal Guarantee

Every ARVADA piece is covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, starting from the date of delivery.

If you notice a possible defect, please contact us at info@arvadajwlr.com within 2 months of discovering the issue. Include your order number and photographs of the jewellery.

If a lack of conformity is confirmed, we will arrange a repair or replacement free of charge. Where repair or replacement is not possible or appropriate, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

What Is Not Covered

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage resulting from improper use or care.

Natural silver tarnishing, surface scratches from normal use and gradual wear of metal plating are generally considered normal wear rather than manufacturing defects.

Jewellery Care

To keep your ARVADA jewellery looking its best, put it on after applying perfumes, lotions and cosmetics. Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping or doing household chores.

Cleaning & Storage

After wearing, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth. Store each piece separately in a cool, dry place, away from moisture, direct sunlight and heat.

Important to Know

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time. Cleaning methods vary depending on the material, gemstones and protective coatings. Avoid abrasive cleaning products, and do not soak jewellery with stones or plating.
